Les changements de statuts d’une entreprise belge du type changement de gérance doivent être publiés au Moniteur Belge.

Pour cela, aller sur le site du Moniteur Belge (http://www.moniteur.be/) et suivre le lien “Personnes morales: ASBL, entreprises, associations” puis “Formulaires” pour arriver sur la page http://www.ejustice.just.fgov.be/tsv_pub/form_f.htm.

Téléchargez les formulaires 1 et 2 “ENTR” et complétez-les.

Faites-les parvenir au Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce:

Vérifier ensuite les modes de paiement sur: http://www.ejustice.just.fgov.be/tsv_pub/tarif_f.htm

Le paiement est à faire au préalable et l’extrait de compte doit être fourni avec les documents modificatifs que l’on remet au Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce de Bruxelles.

HOWTO Add SMTP Receipt Notification to a mail

Receipt Notification (or “Accusé de réception” in french) can be very easily added to an e-mail by adding the following line in the e-mail’s SMTP header:

"Disposition-Notification-To:address@domain.ext\r\n"

Where address@domain.ext is the e-mail address you want the receipt notification to be sent to AND r
should be the end-of-line marker of your SMTP server.
